The arrests followed complaints posted on Surachate Hakparn Facebook that the four had broadcast sexual acts via a mobile phone application that was accessible to the public, said the TPB deputy chief. The app, provided by a firm in China, is the most popular among gay communities with more than 27 million users around the world. In Thailand, there were about 300,000 users and the number keeps rising, said Pol Maj Gen Surachate.
